Stencil board is an inexpensive and surprisingly dynamic printmaking material to add to your quiver of art tools. In this three-hour workshop Stacy will demonstrate how she uses pre-cut board of her own designs to create layered monoprints using the stencils as both masks and printing elements. By incorporating ghost and offset printing you will create a variety of textures and a surprising number of monoprints. Artists cover their own material expenses for this class. A detailed list of necessary equipment will be sent once you have signed up.
