Photopolymer can be printed  in both intaglio and relief, and this workshop will emphasize the variety that can be achieved using it as a relief surface. You will learn how to draw a woodblock with no carving involved, develop an image that can transferred as a deep embossment and even make your own chop mark for printmaking.  The exposure process is quite simple and can be done at home without an exposure unit. Using a press, it is also possible to separate colors with an intaglio wipe and relief roll on the same block.
