Silkscreen Workshop

Learn the basics of silkscreen printing in this two-day workshop, including ideas on ways to continue silkscreen printing at home.  The workshop will focus on printing on paper but techniques and information for printing on fabric will be discussed. Workshop price includes use of ell equipment (screens, squeegees, hinges, etc.) and supplies (emulsion, inks, transparencies, etc.) needed to create and print except paper (you can bring your own paper or purchase sheets of Rives BFK at $4.50 per sheet, which will give you four 11” x 15”  prints or eight 7” x 11” sized prints).

Frank Trueba has been printmaking and making decorative paper for almost 20 years. He is a founding member of the printmaking co-op Printmakers at the Tannery (PATT) and helped in the creation of Open Ground Studios in Seaside, CA.
